CryptoLogic Declares Quarterly Dividend

CryptoLogic Limited (TSX: CRY)(TSX: CXY)(NASDAQ: CRYP)(LSE: CRP), a global developer of branded online betting games and Internet casino software, announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.01 per common share.

The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date will be November 27, 2009. For shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited, the dividend payment is subject to a 20% Irish withholding tax.
